Change or Cancel a Reservation

Please enter the booking reference for the reservation that you wish to change or modify and the email address that was used when the reservation was made.

You can use this form to cancel or make changes to an existing reservation. If you make changes to an existing reservation you can change any of the details including arrival date, departure date, number of persons and any optional extras that you selected on the original booking form.

NOTE: As per Terms & Conditions, you will not be able to cancel after 6pm day of arrival (local time) and a penalty of 1 Nights Room Charge will be assessed.
